You will receive 15 minutes recorded guided meditation every week from our course platform where you have access life-time. It is never too late to start meditating and bring it into your daily habit. Why don't you start from now? Meditation is good for: creativity, clarity, relaxation, happiness and creating inner peace. Disconnect with the world to re-connect with the whole of your soul through mindful meditation, which you can practise anywhere.
Yoga
You will receive several recorded 25 Minutes-30 Minutes Yoga sessions that will fit into your busy schedule through our online platform, where you have access anytime you want, especially it 's life-time. Moving your body with ease to connect and feel how your body is really enough. Practicing yoga for busy moms will help to calm you, and refresh your mind so that you can concentrate on what’s most important. Using yoga hacks or short yoga sessions for moms will make it easier to stick to your routine.
Journal tip
You will receive tips and workbook through the same online platform to start your own journal to express all the feelings and emotions, especially on your motherhood. Release all the negatives thoughts in your mind to create space for the happy, joyful and positive thoughts
